Woven Roots of Wisdom: Embodying the Elements of Nature 6-Part Series

We are woven from the very essence of Mother Nature and all her elements. Every fiber in our being resonates with the Earth. When we are more connected with the rest of nature, our lives are enriched, we have greater health, joy, and vitality, and life flows more fluidly.

In our fast paced modern world it can be challenging to prioritize self care that doesn’t also take tons of extra time. Join me in a 6 week journey of reawakening and deepening your connections to nature, yourself, others, and your own spirituality. Each week we will focus on the powerful facets of one element, diving deeply into what that particular element has to teach us and can bring to our bodies, minds, hearts, and souls. We will explore each element through experiential activities, meditations, ceremony, song, stories, and more. Learn simple practices that are easy to incorporate into your daily life routines that enlivens your spirit, improves your overall wellness, and fills an inner oasis of peace inside yourself. Come Nourish yourself through the elements of Mother Nature and re-energize your magical spirit of life!!

This course will have some activities to weave into your daily routines at home as well as some journaling.

About Karianna:

Karianna is passionate about weaving a deeper interconnected world among humans and all of nature, and bringing the earth into harmonious balance. She delights in weaving experiences and opportunities for others that fosters transformation and new awareness to increase their health, happiness, and vitality.  

Feeling the numbness and loss of self after experiencing several traumas and the stress and un-centeredness of living in the fast paced modern world, Karianna discovered the healing power of connection and has intimately come to know how integral it is for all life. She understands how essential it is for humanity and the earth’s healing that we connect with nature, ourselves, each other and our Spirituality more deeply.  

Over the past two decades, Karianna has been involved with nature connection, exploring its potential in both school curriculums and healing. She has worked with hundreds of children and adults as a Deep Nature Connection Mentor at Two Coyotes Wilderness School which she co-founded in 2008, and at local and international events and programs in person and online since 2012.  

Karianna is also a Master Storyweaver / Storyteller, Advanced Connections Practitioner, Healer, dancer, and basket weaver. Karianna holds a BA in Cultural Anthropology, and a MA in Teaching Spanish and English as second languages.
