About The Event
Are you experiencing challenges with money? The solution is not what you think.
It’s not a better savings plan, investment plan, or retirement plan. It’s not a better budgeting process. It’s not more education or a better paying job. Those are all surface-level solutions to surface-level symptoms. To find the true source of any challenge in our lives, we need to look under the surface – to the shadows of our inner selves.
Solving your money challenges requires a paradigm shift.
We have been conditioned to believe that the cure to any problem is found outside of ourselves. We believe that to be happy, something in our outer reality needs to change. We tell ourselves, “if I can just get that new home (or car, or bike, or whatever), then I will be happy.” Does it ever work? Maybe for a short while, but soon another goal becomes the solution. It’s a treadmill we can never get off of.
The answer lies within.
“As within, so without” stated the legendary Greek philosopher Hermes. He knew the secret to everlasting happiness and success is directly related to our inner state. We have been conditioned to believe the opposite, that it takes changes in our external reality to find happiness. But the truth is just the opposite. The solution to our outer challenges lies within – waiting to be discovered and uncovered.
Introducing the Yoga of Money Course
The word yoga is derived from ancient Sanskrit meaning to yoke or to join. The practice of yoga is to facilitate the joining of mind, body and spirit to ultimately find everlasting peace and joy. In this course, we apply a similar principal – joining the spiritual and material sides of money to find balance and peace of mind.
What you will learn:
Week 1: understanding the history of money and how it has become both our modern survival tool and a major source of fear and anxiety. Explore the origins of our specific behaviors around money.
Week 2: You’ll do a deep dive into your past experiences with money to find the patterns and behaviors that are holding you back.
Week 3: Discover your money archetypes. What’s driving your money habits and behaviors? Which archetype is the most active in your life? Is it helping or hurting you? How can we transition from negative to positive archetypes?
Week 4: Identify and prioritize the money behaviors and patterns that most need to shift. Learn both spiritual and practical tools to help you achieve more balance.
Week 5: Going within using principles such as forgiveness, gratitude and mindfulness to create an inner state of abundance: the key to lasting happiness and peace.
Week 6: Create a plan of action with practical tools to take with you so that you continue to develop both the internal and external resources learned in the course. Individual follow-up coaching is available as well.
