Join Jeanine for this beautiful experience! Her Meditative Sounds promote healing, relax the body and mind, and slow down breathing and brain waves to create a state of relaxation, allowing the entire nervous system to relax and heal.
Jeanine Chayka is the owner of Inspired Vibrations. She is a certified Practitioner of Sound and Vibrational Therapies, certified Practitioner in Reiki Energy 1 & 2 and a meditation guide. She offers individual and group sessions of Sound and Vibrational Healing and Meditation and Sound classes to heal the mind, body and spirit.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, pillow and a blanket. Yoga mats are available on site but limited.
