Sheng Zhen is a practice of moving and non-moving meditation that harnesses the energy of Nature, Heaven and Earth. Through the rhythm of the movements and our breath, we can relax our bodies, calm our nervous system and open our hearts to connect to the source energy of Love.
This is a powerful self-healing practice which strengthens our immune system and trains our bodies to find balance. In this resourced state, we are better able to deal with life’s ups and downs as we meet them.
I look forward to sharing this wonderful practice with you on the Second Saturday of each month!
