About the event

Imagine parenting that works and makes you and your children feel good at the end of each day:

  • well adjusted children…
  • positive interactions at home…
  • healthy family dynamics between siblings…
  • putting an end to poor parenting habits and patterns {without yelling, or being a pushover}

It’s All Possible!

Lorena T. Seidel works with dedicated parents who are trying to discipline peacefully but struggle to make it work. They get stuck in negative cycles of interactions with their children that create disconnection, fights, and stress. So both the child and parent go to bed feeling bad about themselves.

Too often we know WHAT to do, but obstacles get in our way. If you are ready to connect more, stay calm under the most challenging situations, experience a positive family dynamic, and enjoy lasting parent-child harmony, this workshop is for you.

In This Workshop, You’ll Learn To Elevate Your Parenting in 4 Areas:

Step 1- Your Powerful Parenting Mindset:

You may have inherited unhealthy parenting habits that leave you now either yelling or being a pushover.  Let’s develop a state of mind that allows you to speak with love, respond effectively, and rise above all challenges.

Step 2: Your Positive Parenting Strategies:

Your actions, reactions, and interactions become your relationship experience! Learn how to replace unproductive discipline tools that create negative family dynamics with strategies that work and create connection.

Step 3: Your Parent-Child Connection:

A great connection is an antidote to poor behavior and interactions! You will practice and master the art of not only creating a better parent-child connection but also how to sustain and repair it when things inevitably break down.

Step 4: Your Emotionally Intelligent Family:

Understand and address the reasons behind the negative behaviors. Learn how to use everyday challenges to grow your family’s emotional intelligence and everyone’s sense of love and power.

Lorena Seidel M.Ed. is a Social-Emotional Learning {SEL} Consultant, a certified Montessori teacher, a trained Positive Discipline Educator, a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction {MBSR} teacher, and a mother of three.  She teaches adults how to become social-emotional coaches for their children.
