About the event
Join us on the last Wednesday of the month to explore spirituality in a non-religious setting with a group of ike-minded individuals. Each meeting will focus on a different topic and typically includes practical exercises in addition to a thoughtful discussion. Our premise is that there are many ways to experience our divine nature - from mainstream religions to a simple meditation practice. All ideas are welcome and appreciated!
This month we are pleased to welcome Dr. Mark Romano who will share with us the many benefits of the ancient Chinese practice of Qigong - mind, body and spirit!
