With the Holidays upon us, this will be the only meeting this month. The message of Christmas is peace, but don't most of us become even more stressed during this time? How can we find peace among the holiday madness? This month will be a special event, with a focus on dealing with the not-so-joyful aspects of the Holiday season. Whether it's stress & anxiety from the million things to get done, sadness from a lost loved one, loneliness, or other situations that can bring us down, we will learn some practical skills to better cope with life in general.

Katherine Silvan is an Interspiritual minister with many years of experience helping people through grief and other challenging situations, and she will be joining us to offer her wisdom and practices that will help us all feel more grounded and joyful. This will be a great opportunity to add some more tools for your interspiritual tool kit!
