Interspiritual Exploration Group

Join us on the last Wednesday of the month to explore spirituality in a non-religious setting with a group of like-minded individuals. Each meeting will focus on a different topic and typically includes practical exercises in addition to a thoughtful discussion. Our premise is that there are many ways to experience our divine nature - from mainstream religions to a simple meditation practice. All ideas are welcome and appreciated! 

This month topic:  

The power and importance of discovering and living from your spiritual nature with Michael Rosenbaum.

Michael Rosenbaum will lead us in a fascinating conversation about our true nature. Michael shares that “We are so strongly identified with the outer world that we have forgotten ourselves as the consciousness that dictates our experience. Who you are is not of form but of a different substance - a substance of vibration and energy of intelligent light which is flowing from the one intelligence of which you are an intricate part. When you die you begin to know that more clearly but that is just the beginning. There are more expanded states of consciousness and knowingness then the astral plane, the place one first arrives after one dies. We will discuss and explore the different realms of self and how to access them."

He will also guide a 20-minute meditation to help us experience this teaching at the end of the class.

About Michael:

He has been a transformational hypnotherapist and alternative healer for over 20 years. He specializes in a holistic approach which includes the mind, emotions and the physical health of the body. He helps clients “un-stick” from unhealthy patterns and emotional upsets so they can live life from a sense of well-being and “higher self”. He also provides nutritional counseling to help people maximize their physical health naturally.  He has been a member of a spiritual “mystery” school since 2006 and also teaches a spiritual awakening processes with his clients.

He has certifications as an Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapist, Metaphysician Practitioner, Transcendental teacher, Regression and past-life regression therapist, RoHun Practitioner, and Natural Health Coach.

Michael has over 3,000 hours of training in alternative therapies

His private practice is in Mt. Kisco NY, and Danbury, CT.  He also works remotely with clients anywhere in the world.
