Herbalicious Sprouts - with Melanie Yukov

By popular demand I am now offering Herbalicious Sprouts.  Herbal medicine classes for children ages 5 to 7 years.  In this class we will make a nice relaxing tea blend to enjoy and take home.  We will also learn about herbs through fun games and hands on activities.  Chamomile, rose, lavender and some surprise herbs will be our friends in this class. We will begin with a short meditation. Participants will also make a sleep pillow to take home. Sleep pillows are great for helping relax the mind and body and ease into a restful sleep. Great for kids and great for moms and dads! Participants will leave with handouts including recipes made and medicinal properties of a focused plant.  

Please inform the host of any allergies your child may have. Caregivers will be asked to stay for the duration of this workshop. Please RSVP by March 13th to ensure enough supplies and space.
