Flower Moon Full Moon Sound Meditation with Joseph Buenconsejo

Join Joseph Buenconsejo for this Flower moon meditation, where we will explore movement of the body and what underlying emotions are behind any stiffness or pain in our bodies. As we listen intently and letting our body be one with the sound, to let energy flow. We will dive into using our own instrument, our voice, we will vocalize and be intimate with oneself followed by an array of high harmonic instruments for meditation. From Tibetan singing bowls, monalina, chimes, gong and much more.

After the meditation, we will be having some grounding food, that has been foraged this spring! A remembrance to be grateful for the bounty that nature has to offer.
