Calling all spirits! Come join us for an Autumn celebratory activity!
Automatic writing is creative and fun! Connect with spirit and/or your higher self through the easy to learn art of automatic writing. If you are curious, this is the workshop for you. Pens and notebooks provided. We will begin with a generic prayer and discussion on how and what is automatic writing. This will be followed by a 20-minute meditation after which participants will practice automatic writing. Participants will be encouraged, though not required, to share their experiences with the group.
