About the event

This transformative event is facilitated by Dr. Mark Romano, Naturopathic Physician and founder of Barefoot Living Arts, and Rocky Progano, Program Mentor, The Flow Genome Project; founder of RIPROUR Adventure Community.  Join us as we unpack tactical and practical tools for increasing adaptability and resilience for use in any position of leadership: home, office or organization.

With a shortened itinerary due to weather conditions, the focus on this workshop will be an exploration of the flow state and the role of nature. Expect to be outdoors so please dress accordingly.
