Join us at Sticks & Stones for a drumming journey with shamanic healer Herman Oliveira.
Are you experiencing high levels of stress or anxiety?  Are you suffering from some form of deep pain, loss or grief  Perhaps you just feel as if you have fallen out of your natural flow of life and seeking a supportive group of like minded individuals?
The good news is there are natural solutions for all of this and more , by getting back to basics.
Come  join our Healing Circle in a sacred celebration of Spirit. New participants will learn the basic techniques of Traditional Andean & Amazonian Shamanism as they journey to meet their Spirit Guides. Learn or deepen your Shamanic practice through drumming, chanting, and movement at our monthly Shamanic Circle.
Feel free to bring a drum or a rattle if you have one, pen, notepad and a bandanna. You may want to bring your own pillow, mat and blanket to use when we journey.
