About the event

Join us for a nourishing sound healing journey that honors the Earth and the elements as we move through the change of season and come into harvest time. In this session, we’ll gather with reverence to connect more deeply with the natural rhythms around us—listening inward as the sounds help us soften, release, and realign.

As we recognize Native American Heritage Month, this experience is offered with respect, gratitude, and intention—celebrating the living connection between people, land, and spirit.

What to expect:

  • A grounding opening to set intention and help you arrive fully in your body

  • Sound immersion to support relaxation, emotional release, and energetic clearing

  • Elements & Earth connection through guided listening—honoring the qualities of earth, water, air, and fire as they manifest through sound
