About the event
Come join Joseph Buenconsejo in this full moon sound Meditation. Enjoy the relaxing and therapeutic sounds of ranging harmonics from various musical instruments (gong, Tibetan singing bowls, shruti box, chimes, etc). Following the ceremony, we will be sharing some of nature's bounty, foraged directly by Joseph (mushrooms, ramps, wild garlic, etc).
Cost is $22
Please bring: a yoga mat, eye mask, blanket, pillow and water.
Please wear warm, comfortable and soft clothing to best enjoy the experience.
Arrive 10-15 minutes early for preparation to allow getting settled.
