About the event
Join Dr. Mark and a wonderful community of like-minded souls in the practical aspects of spirituality with variouos movement exercises such as Qi Gong, walking meditation, and others.
He will be meeting regularly on the 3rd Sunday of each month from 10-11AM.
There is no cost to join the class, but donations are always appreciated.
