Cabin on Sticks and Stones Farm

FARM RETREATS

Sleep in a houseboat and listen to the water lap against its walls. Walk to another waterway and have a picnic in one of the screened woodland structures or in our gazebo overlooking the foothills of the Berkshires. Whether Tim or Annie are demonstrating stone building techniques,  making salsa, pesto or a green smoothie from their garden bounty, the projects related to life and the land are plentiful and ongoing.

Rustic Retreats...
Enjoy a weekend with nature. Sticks and Stones Farm has five cabins made from materials harvested on the property and 2 house boats . We can accomodate individuals and groups of up to 25. From Route 15 (Merritt Parkway), exit onto Route 25 North. Rte 25 Highway ends at intersection of Rte 111 and becomes regular road.  Stay on it for 2.9 miles.  At that light take a Left onto rte 59 and your IMMEDIATE right onto Hattertown Road. Travel to the 3rd stop sign, turn right on to Huntingtown Road. Sticks and Stones Farm is on the right, # 201

For a more backroad, scenic, and often faster route:
From Route 15 (Merritt Parkway) heading North take exit 42. At bottom of ramp, turn left.  Go to light and turn Left onto 136.  Stay on this road going straight all the way.  You will come to a 4 way stop where 136 turns left, but continue straight.  You are now on rte 59.  Continue going straight on this road until you come to a light at the intersection of Stanley Road.  Turn Left onto Stanley. (if you come to rte 25 you have gone one light too far) Turn Left at  first stop onto Hattertown.  Go two more stops and make a  right onto Huntingtown.  We are a half mile on  Right.
